Clean Juice announced it had completed a deal with Walmart to acquire all of its juice business, including its Juice Maker, Juice Bar, and Juice Shop brands.
The company will sell its Juice Store and Juice Maker brands to Walmart.
It will also sell the Juice Maker and Juice Bar brands to the Coca-Cola Company.
The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2018.
The sale was expected to be the biggest acquisition of juice in the company’s history.
The new company will also be able to expand its product portfolio.
The purchase price is expected the equivalent of about $6.3 billion, according to Bloomberg.
