“There are a lot of things that can go wrong with squats,” McFarsell says.
“One of the big things that we’re going to try to do with SquatSafety is to make sure that you’re always mindful of where your muscles are at and not having to be too forceful with yourself.”
There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes that we are not privy to.
“That’s really the whole point.” “
The biggest part of Squatsafe is being mindful of what you’re doing,” says McFarlands co-author of the app, Erin W. Johnson.

The app’s design is clean and minimalist.
“I think that’s one of the main reasons people are coming to Squat and enjoying it,” McAfee says.
McFarells app is a great starting point for people looking for a simple, safe way to clean up after themselves.
You can choose between three different settings, including a cleanliness timer, to make it easier to check off tasks as you go.
For those of you who are just starting to learn to Squats safely, you can even create your own workout.
“If you’re a beginner, it might be a good idea to start with a simple program like a 30-second warmup, or you can add a bit more movement,” Mcafs says.
To get a workout going, simply add the following exercise to your routine: *Start with one foot in front of you, then add your knees and hips *Push yourself to your goal and see how much you can do *Keep your knees together as you work up to a full squat *Next, add a 10-second rest period at the bottom of each rep *If you find you can still move without moving your legs, add 10-20 seconds of additional rest at the top of each set.
